GORGEOUS STOCK IMAGES + MOCKUPS

Terms of Use + Commercial License

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

These Terms of Use and Commercial License (“Terms”) apply to all stock photography, mockups, graphics, images, and other downloadable visual assets provided through Gorgeous Stock Images + Mockups, a Brand Me Gorgeous product (“Gorgeous Stock”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Gorgeous Stock asset, you agree to these Terms.

THE SIMPLE VERSION

Use them. Design with them. Include them with the products you create.

Gorgeous Stock was created specifically for designers who need beautiful imagery they can use freely in the products and projects they create.

You may use Gorgeous Stock images and mockups in your own business, client projects, website templates, branding projects, social media templates, Canva templates, digital products, and other commercial designs.

You may also include Gorgeous Stock images with templates and products you sell. Your customer may receive, keep, edit, and use those included images as part of their purchased template, website, brand, or business.

You may not take Gorgeous Stock images or mockups and resell, redistribute, or give them away as a standalone stock image collection, mockup collection, or competing stock library.

Use them. Design with them. Include them with what you sell. Just don’t turn the Gorgeous Stock library itself into the product.

02

Website Template Use

Yes — Gorgeous Stock images may be included with website templates you create and sell.

This includes Showit templates, canvases, individual pages, sales pages, landing pages, blogs, shops, course websites, membership websites, and other website design products.

The Gorgeous Stock images used in your design may remain in the template when it is sold or transferred to your customer. You may also provide the customer with the individual Gorgeous Stock image files used in that specific template or design.

Your customer may:

  • Keep the included images
  • Use them within their purchased template
  • Move them to different areas or pages of their website
  • Crop, resize, recolor, or edit them
  • Add text, graphics, filters, or overlays
  • Use the included images elsewhere within their own website
  • Use the included images in their own branding and marketing materials
  • Use the included images on social media
  • Continue using the images after customizing their template

Your customer does not need to purchase a separate Gorgeous Stock membership or license to use the images legally included with the product they purchased from you.

Your customer may not:

  • Resell the included images as stock photography
  • Create a stock image library using the included images
  • Redistribute or give the images to others as standalone assets
  • Sell the images as their own photography or stock collection
  • Claim exclusive ownership of the original Gorgeous Stock images

Purchasing one template containing Gorgeous Stock images does not give the customer access or rights to the rest of the Gorgeous Stock library.

03

Client Work

You may use Gorgeous Stock assets in commercial work created for clients, and you may provide your client with the Gorgeous Stock images used in their project.

Your client may continue using those images within their own business after the project is complete, including on their website, social media, marketing materials, branding, email marketing, digital products, advertisements, and presentations.

Your client does not need to purchase a separate Gorgeous Stock license for the specific images legally transferred to them as part of your completed project.

The client may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or offer those images as standalone stock assets.

04

Canva + Digital Template Use

Gorgeous Stock assets may be incorporated into Canva templates, social media templates, presentation templates, workbooks, guides, digital products, and similar editable products you create and sell.

Your purchaser may receive the Gorgeous Stock images included with that product and may continue using those included images in connection with their own business and marketing.

The images do not have to be permanently flattened into the design. Your customer may move, crop, resize, replace, download, or otherwise work with an included image as part of customizing their purchase.

The primary value of the product being sold must be your design, template, layout, branding, content, or other creative work — not simply access to Gorgeous Stock assets.

05

Mockup Use

Gorgeous Stock mockups may be used to showcase websites, branding, templates, products, logos, artwork, social media designs, digital products, and client projects.

You may edit the mockups and use the resulting images commercially.

If a mockup is included as an editable component of a larger template or product, your purchaser may use that included mockup in connection with their purchased product and their own business.

You may not repackage the original Gorgeous Stock mockup collection and sell it as your own mockup library.

06

You May Edit the Assets

Crop
Resize
Recolor
Add filters
Add overlays
Add text
Add graphics
Place inside frames
Use in websites
Use in branding
Use in marketing
Combine with other elements

Editing an asset does not create exclusive ownership rights in the underlying Gorgeous Stock asset.

07

Pass-Through Rights for Your Customers

One of the purposes of the Gorgeous Stock commercial license is to make it easier for designers to create products without requiring their customers to replace every stock image after purchasing a template.

When you legally incorporate a Gorgeous Stock asset into a template, design, or client project, you are permitted to pass usage rights for that specific asset to the purchaser or client receiving the finished product.

The purchaser or client may then use that included asset for their own business and commercial marketing purposes.

These rights apply only to the individual assets included in the product or project they received.

Pass-through rights do not allow your purchaser or client to:

  • Sell the stock image itself
  • Create their own stock photography collection from the images
  • Redistribute the images as downloadable stock assets
  • Give or sell the images to another designer for unrelated projects
  • Add the images to a stock membership or resource library
  • Claim the original image as their own photography
  • Claim exclusive ownership of the image
08

What You May Not Do

  • Resell Gorgeous Stock as a standalone stock photography collection
  • Resell the Gorgeous Stock library under a different name
  • Create a competing stock image membership using Gorgeous Stock assets
  • Create a competing mockup membership using Gorgeous Stock assets
  • Upload the Gorgeous Stock library to a shared resource library
  • Sell access to your Gorgeous Stock membership
  • Share your Gorgeous Stock account or login
  • Give another designer unrestricted access to your entire download library
  • Claim that you personally photographed or created the original Gorgeous Stock assets
  • Claim exclusive ownership of Gorgeous Stock assets
  • Register an unmodified Gorgeous Stock asset as exclusive intellectual property
  • Use the assets in an unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading manner

Membership + Access

If Gorgeous Stock is provided through a membership or subscription, your ability to access and download new assets is available according to the membership plan you purchased.

If your membership ends, you may continue using Gorgeous Stock assets that you legally downloaded while your membership was active, unless your specific purchase terms state otherwise.

You may also continue selling products you created using those legally downloaded assets.

Customers and clients who legally received Gorgeous Stock assets through products or projects you created may continue using those assets according to the pass-through rights provided by this license.

11

License Is for One Member

Your Gorgeous Stock membership or account is for your use and may not be shared.

You may create products and client work using the assets and pass permitted usage rights to your customers as described in these Terms.

This does not mean you may give another designer access to your Gorgeous Stock account or complete asset library so they can independently create their own products.

12

Credit Is Not Required

Neither you nor your customers are required to credit Gorgeous Stock Images + Mockups or Brand Me Gorgeous when using assets according to this license.

13

Ownership

Purchasing Gorgeous Stock or receiving an asset through a properly licensed product does not transfer ownership of the original Gorgeous Stock library.

All applicable ownership and intellectual property rights in the original Gorgeous Stock assets remain with Brand Me Gorgeous and/or the applicable rights holder.

14

Non-Exclusive Use

Gorgeous Stock assets are licensed on a non-exclusive basis. Multiple designers, businesses, and customers may use the same assets.

Neither members nor their customers may claim exclusive rights to an individual Gorgeous Stock image simply because it has been incorporated into their website, branding, template, or marketing.

15

AI-Generated + AI-Assisted Assets

Some Gorgeous Stock assets may be created, modified, or enhanced using artificial intelligence and other digital creative tools.

You acknowledge that copyright laws relating to AI-generated content continue to evolve and may vary by jurisdiction.

Gorgeous Stock does not guarantee that every individual asset or component of an asset qualifies for copyright protection.

16

No Warranties

Gorgeous Stock assets are provided “as is.” Brand Me Gorgeous does not guarantee that every asset will be suitable for every business, platform, software program, or intended use.

17

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brand Me Gorgeous will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Gorgeous Stock assets.

18

Termination

Your Gorgeous Stock license may be terminated if you materially violate these Terms.

Unauthorized redistribution of the Gorgeous Stock library, account sharing, or reselling Gorgeous Stock as a competing stock product may result in termination of access.

19

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Gorgeous Stock grows or its products and licensing options change.

Updates will not intentionally revoke commercial usage rights already properly passed to customers through products created under a valid Gorgeous Stock license, unless required by applicable law.
